We’re excited to be bringing back butcher classes!

For the time being, all classes will be capped at 4 people to allow for appropriate distancing.   Masks will be required at all times.

Butchery for Adults

When:  the 3rd Sunday of every other month
Time:  2pm-4pm
Enrollment:  4 people
Price:  $350/person
Includes $150 worth of meat to take home

In this class, you’ll learn the art of breaking down a whole lamb into kitchen-ready cuts, including sawing, deboning, and tying roasts. Each student will take home a quarter of the lamb.

We have a one week cancellation policy.  If a class does not fill up one week prior we will schedule you for the next class date or provide a refund.
