Butchery for Adults

When:  Sundays, 2pm-4pm
Enrollment:  4 people
Price:  $350/person
Includes $150 worth of meat to take home

In this class, you’ll learn the art of breaking down a whole lamb or half hog into kitchen-ready cuts, including sawing, deboning, and tying roasts.

Sausage Making

When:  Sundays, 2pm-4pm
Enrollment:  4 people
Price:  $225/person
Includes 3 lbs of your choice of sausage to take home

Here, you DO want to know how the sausage is made! Join us to learn all the steps of pork sausage production: grinding and seasoning meat, stuffing the casings, and twisting up the final product.

We have a one week cancellation policy.  If a class does not fill up one week prior we will schedule you for the next class date or provide a refund.
