Private Events
Located on Cortland Avenue in Bernal Heights, The Udder Room is a warm, welcoming, private event space. This home-away-from-home is available for intimate gatherings.
Adjacent to Avedano’s Holly Park Market, an old-fashioned butcher shop with a modern sensibility. Event guests have access to the shop brimming with hand-selected gourmet products, the gathering area behind the market (complete with “cleaver” décor) as well as the private dining space.
The dining room can accommodate 25 guests for a seated meal.
Pricing for The Udder Room is a flat rental fee of $1000 plus $75 per
guest, up to a maximum of 25 people. Sales tax (8.625%) and a 15%
service charge will be added to the total.
